When Your Wallet Won’t Stay Shut:

Are You Resistant to Debt Weight Loss?

When it comes to reducing debt, paying off credit balances, and saving instead of spending, there are generally two types of people.

There are those who know, deep down, that they haven’t been diligent keeping debt at bay as a direct result of something they’re doing or not doing. If you’re in this category, you have to admit you make poor choices: you shop online at 2 am so no one sees, you go to the mall to escape emotional setbacks, you don’t stick to a plan (budget) for any reasonable amount of time, you lie to yourself, you make excuses, and well, need I go on?

You know that if you would just put in the effort to keep your hands out of your wallet, off the credit cards that are bulging with 21% interest payments, you could reduce the debt weight even in a few months.

Then there are those people who really, truly commit to paying bills on time, pay more than the minimum balance on credit cards to reduce the debt, consolidate mortgages and bank loans to lower interest rates, automatically pay from bank accounts, and stay home reading, writing, cooking, playing with the family instead of shopping, find themselves just as frustrated with efforts as before because they can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel.

You’re doing everything right it seems, but you can’t see the dent you’re making. And you know, in your gut, you know you are staying on target and willfully reducing debt, but the bank account is telling a different story. If you’re in this camp, you could be feeling frustrated, defeated, confused and ticked off.

In both cases, there is the element (seen and unseen) (known and unknown) of debt weight loss resistance.

In both cases, you’re not crazy, you’re missing the key element which is your belief system.

Sometimes all it takes is to find out what you believe or don’t believe about debt that can tumble the whole all down in an instant and relieve you of the frustrations.

Sometimes a small setback feels like the whole intention has fallen apart. But that’s not the case. Don’t let a single defeat dictate a final defeat. It’s habit to get out of the debt rabbit hole, and sometimes it takes a little more courage and a push to keep moving.

That’s why I created this 21 Day Debt Weight Loss Challenge. It’s a pilot program and only $10 right now, for this and only time ever! It starts on Monday, February 16,  2015.

If you’d like to join me, it’s only $10.00 for the 21 days filled with busting debt beliefs.  You’ll receive the entire program through daily emails, tips, meditations and more.
